Excellent hotel with great wi-fi, luggage storage, and a cozy bar area. The staff once helped me find delicious food, and they are always cheerful. I'm coming back for Christmas!

The hotel was located just off close to underground and commuter trains, the airport and city centre and the restaurant below. The staff team was really good and pleasant. We stayed in king room with the balcony and the view. The location in the greatest area was particularly good. Liked the disco bar.

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful with information. The rooms were okay, although the tv was old and the channels flickered. The candy at the reception desk was good!
The location was central, but in a rough part of town. At night it seemed a little dangerous - be careful. The wifi is only available in the lobby free of charge and was spotty at times.

Great location near Prater station.
I was disappointed by the cleanliness of the shower and the carpets which seemed neglected. The setup of my room for two instead of three was frustrating, especially given the lack of proper follow-up from the staff. I found the breakfast underwhelming, with watered-down coffee and bland options that did not meet any reasonable expectations.

location is good. there are several supermarkets nearby. free coffee/tea/cakes in the lobby
no wifi in the room. It is extrmely inconvinient that we need to get a new wifi password every 30 mins to surf internet in the lobby; furtiniture is quite old, bed , tv , toilet ,everything. the TV is of early 90s. The toilet is clean, however, it gives you a feeling that you're staying in a youth hostel, not a 3-start hotel. It's just like a poor room, but with functioning and clean facilities. The towels are quite old and become yellow. no aircondioning system. it was extremely warm those days. toliet paper is cheapest one offered on market. The hotel manager should realize that they're operating a 3-star hotel, earning money in this way is not gonna work out. the overhead board above the bed is too low. people can easily get hurt. The safe is complicated to use. You need to read through the instruction every time. The lift is staggering. The floor in the lift is already broken. They forgot to clean our room. The shower cabin is extremely small. To bend your body to wash your lower body, you even need to open the cabin door, because the space is very narrow. No littble bottles of showergels. the breakfast should vary a bit everyday. Anway, you feel more like staying in a hostel not in a hotel, not a 3-star hotel.

Staying here was a delight, with easy access to the historic center and the nearby Prater park just a short walk away. The hotel had a lovely cafe that provided delicious breakfast options at a discount too.

I like the Am Augarten hotel because the staff were friendly and helpful. It is easy to get to the city centre and a quiet spot close to Parklands and children's Playground.
I was frustrated with the internet connection as it took me sometime to go through the steps with Swisscom to have my interent set up. I also have problem with my door and I was moved to another room.Otherwise I was very happy with my stay at Am Augarten.

The location is fantastic, just a short stroll to the tram stop, and the friendly staff made our stay more fun.
The rooms were quite warm without air conditioning, causing discomfort during the night.

I was very satisfied with the hotel, it is very easy to be reached both from the city center and from the airport, nice atmosphere, friendly staff, Wifi free of charge in the lobby and coffee/cake a bonus :)
It is a suggestion that the hotel might think of light sensors. Had a feeling that all lights in the corridors were on the whole night.

I liked its convenient and easy location!
Came in Vienna to relax and have fun, this low budget hotel was excellent home base for doing it. The breakfast was reasonably priced and savoury exactly as I hoped, with decent dishes and good strong coffee, as for instance. Everything was fine, I recommend;))

missingWrote a review on 22 Octpoor serviceinadequate cleanliness
The hotel seemed to think a feather duvet was acceptable despite my allergy, absoluteley shocking. My shower had temperature issues that really created an unpleasant experience. I expected a complimentary treat for this inconvenience but got nothing. Honestly, I almost wrote a nice review, but all these little things just couldn't be ignored.
